The Barker Brothers are one of the oldest firms of silversmiths originating from Birmingham, England. The Barker Brothers, also known as the Barker Ellis Silver Company was established in 1801.

They were known for producing utilitarian silver, flatware and tableware. Their silverware encompasses many popular styles of various eras; such as Queen Anne, Art Deco and Art Nouveau – no doubt influenced by the silversmiths who joined the company as its reputation grew. Their success is certainly due to their ability to adapt and produce a variation of styles, moving with the popular fashion in silverware at the time.

An elegant 20th century English Silver Plate Coffee Pot. Quite simple in design, our Coffee Pot has a tapering cylindrical form with an acorn finial. It is a wonderful replica of an 18th century style.
