Returns/Damage Goods

  • All merchandise on our website has been inspected carefully.
  • We guarantee the condition to be as stated.
  • All items are described in full detail and if there is a question, please feel free to get in touch with us.
  • We would like everyone to be fully satisfied and if one is not, please return your purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges).

If the merchandise that you have ordered has arrived in a damaged state, please let us know right away. Immediately send us a photograph showing the damage to the package and the article.

Our requirements to return are the following:

  1. We would appreciate you returning the item in the same condition that you receive it.
  2. Please inform us and return it within two weeks.

If you decide to return an item, we ask that you notify us either by email or telephone as soon as possible and make sure to use a fully insured and fully tracked method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you your item has been received. We will be happy to refund you via whatever method of payment you used. Over the years, this policy has worked very well for us.
