Repairs

Repairs can be quite tricky and thus we would ask you to send an e – mail, photo and description of the article(s) that is in question. If we feel that the silversmith can do the repair, we will have you send it to us. We will then send it out to our silversmith for a free estimate. If this meets with your approval and you would like to proceed with the repair, we will contact you for payment once the work is completed. Repairs can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks depending upon how intricate the repair is and how busy the silversmith is. Once we receive payment, the article will be sent back to you. If for any reason that we do not feel the repair can be done, we will try to provide you with information on how you can pursue your repair. We have been dealing with several silversmiths over the years and our clients have been quite pleased with their work.
