The vast majority of salvers in the 18th Century were made round but other shapes were also produced including oval, square, rectangular, and hexagonal. This stunning Antique George III English Silver Salver, is oval in shape and has 4 reed and beaded detailed feet. It features a thread edge and beaded border. This exquisite Georgian Salver has been embellished with a beautiful bright cut floral engraving design and an engraved crest in the center. The hallmarks, located on the back of the piece, are quite clear and it is in pristine condition. Due to its size, this salver can be used quite often.
