Hungarian Pottery Flask

$225.00
  • Hungary, mid 20th century
  • Dimensions: 9 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/4 inches wide, 2 inches deep

A wonderful vibrant green colored 20th century Hungarian Pottery Flask. The workmanship on this piece is quite intricate as well as interesting and it resonates throughout the piece. Hungarian writing is on 1 side of the flask telling a fable and a floral design is on the opposite side. Very detailed geometric designs are located on the 2 other narrow sides. Also, another attribute that enhances the appeal of this flask and makes it more personable is that the potter has signed his/her name on the bottom. A truly wonderful example of a hand made Hungarian Pottery Flask of this period.
