Pair of English Silver Trencher Salts

$750.00 for the pair
  • London, 1922 by Crichton Brothers
  • Dimensions: 2 1/4 inches high, 3 inch diameter

A lovely pair of 20th century square cut – cornered English Silver Trencher Salts that are replicas of a highly desirable early Georgian style, circa 1720. The salts have gilded interiors and are in very good condition. They do have clear hallmarks but please note that the maker’s mark is slightly worn on each salt. However, one is able to discern the actual mark. High quality replicas of earlier styles are quite popular in today’s society. To complement these trencher salts, an elegant pair of Georgian Silver Salt Spoons makes this set even more special.
