Early Coffee Pots made before 1730 were always plain without any chasing, and were often straight – sided or octagonal in shape. This stunning Queen Anne Antique English Silver Coffee Pot, follows the prevailing fashion of the period, as it is quite simple and elegant in design and is octagonal shaped. The only decoration on this piece is the wonderful armorial engraving on one side. This exquisite Queen Anne Antique English Silver Coffee Pot has a faceted spout and a pawn finial set on top of a domed hinged cover. It has a wooden handle and resides on a collet base.
