American Sterling Silver Tea Strainer

$350.00
  • Baltimore, circa 1930 by S. Kirk and Sons
  • Dimensions: 1 1/2 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches across top

A Sterling Silver Tea Strainer is placed on top of either a tea cup or mug to prevent loose tea leaves from falling into the drinking article. This elaborate American Sterling Silver Tea Strainer has a lovely floral and foliate pierced repousse decoration which resonates throughout the entire piece. It is in excellent original condition with clear, crisp workmanship with no monograms or repairs which makes this an attractive piece.
