A lovely Antique Chinese 19th century Vase that has been made into a Lamp. It is set on a rosewood base and has a custom made shade that was designed for it. The lamp is brightly colored with bold and vibrant colors of pink, yellow, blue and orange flowers that are interspersed with various shades of green leaves. The shade has a cream colored background fabric that is bordered at the top and the bottom with green fabric to pick up the leaf colors. This exquisite 19th century Chinese Lamp exemplifies how antiques can be used in different ways in later centuries. By doing this, it preserves their character and age and makes one appreciate them even more.
